Pilot Project - Start date - July 23, 2007 - Online MRC Orientation - Online orientation is designed for those MRC members who do not choose to, or cannot physically come to an orientation and/or do not want to wait for the next scheduled MRC Orientation which is held quarterly throughout our region.
All MRC volunteers are required to take the following on-line training:

Volunteer Orientation - Includes the Strategic National Stockpile PowerPoint

Bloodborne Pathogens – Note: (this training is waived if you have documentation showing that you have completed any bloodborne pathogen training in the past three years).
Each course has a self-study guide as well as a PowerPoint presentation. Once you have reviewed the course material, you will need to take the two short on-line tests. Please follow all instructions.
At the end of the orientation, please download and print the following:

“Photo Consent”
Complete and sign these forms and either mail to Kitsap Co. Dept. of Emergency Management and/or fax to (360) 478-9802 so they may become part of your volunteer record.
