Staff of KCDEM who manage over 500 volunteers will use tools from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for development and management of volunteers and apply theories from emergencies to day-to-day operations.
Target Audience
Any staff or volunteer who is responsible for the recruitment, training and managing of volunteers.
